You’ll serve as a trusted strategist, consultant, and deal-closer, bringing new partners into the fold while empowering existing franchise owners to maximize their efficiency, profitability, and operational performance. What You’ll Do Drive Franchise Expansion (Business Development) Prospect, pitch, and close new strategic partners to expand the franchise footprint across BC. Guide prospective franchisees through the full sales cycle, from initial discovery to contract signing and post-launch setup. Empower & Consult Existing Franchisees (Operations & Strategy) Act as a dedicated business consultant to franchise owners, reviewing KPI performance, financial results, and workflow efficiency. Deliver hands-on operational guidance, training, and troubleshooting to help franchisees streamline processes, elevate service quality, and boost profitability. Strategic Partnerships & Brand Advocacy Cultivate long-term, high-value relationships with partners, vendors, and regional stakeholders. Represent and elevate brand at major industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Ensure operational compliance with brand standards and insurance partner guidelines. What You Bring Proven Track Record: 5–7 years of success in a dual-focused role leading both operations and business development/franchise growth in a franchise network. Master Communicator: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills—you know how to articulate value and gain buy-in. Business Acumen: Deep understanding of operational KPIs, financial reviews, workflow optimization, and consultative selling. Road Ready: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the willingness to travel regularly throughout the BC region. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office suite and experienced in leveraging CRM systems to track growth and field operations.
