Lead and motivate the production team to ensure timely delivery and high quality of dairy and plant-based products. Coordinate operations from fermentation to packaging while managing critical process parameters and shift handovers. Requires 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food or dairy processing. A relevant diploma (DEP or DEC) in management or food transformation and knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) are expected.
