Full Description We offer: A fun and supportive environment with room for growth and advancement. Competitive salary Group insurance after 12 weeks of employment Paid Birthday off after one year of employment Paid planning time off the floor Incentive program to earn bonus days off 12 Paid personal health days per year On site PD days with a fun team 8.5-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch (1/2 paid, 1/2 unpaid) plus a 15-minute break Split shift premium for those working in School-Age The Manitoba Child Care Association acknowledges that we are located on Treaty 1 Territory and on the lands of the Anishinaabe, Cree, Anisininew, Dakota, and Dene Peoples, and the Red River Métis Homeland.
