Full Description The Childcare Assistant (CCA) will...... Provide a safe, caring and educational environment Familiarity with emergent curriculum/play-based approach Familiarity with Circle of Security philosophy an asset but not required Ability to take initiative and think outside the box Eligible candidates must obtain/provide: CCA classification First Aid/CPR Commit to Kids certificate Current Criminal/Child Abuse Check Center-provided Circle of Security Training 40-hour child development course completed within the first year of employment Rate of Pay $19.97 with 40 hour training or $16.00 without 40 hour training The Manitoba Child Care Association acknowledges that we are located on Treaty 1 Territory and on the lands of the Anishinaabe, Cree, Anisininew, Dakota, and Dene Peoples, and the Red River Métis Homeland.
