Responsibilities Tasks Manage staff and assign duties Determine merchandise and services to be sold Implement price and credits policies Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Determine staffing requirements Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Supervision 3-4 people

The Store Manager is responsible for directing daily operations, managing staff, and overseeing budgets and revenues. Key tasks include recruiting personnel, implementing pricing policies, and resolving customer complaints.

Candidates must have a high school graduation certificate and between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. The role requires the ability to supervise a small team of 3-4 people on-site.
