ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: McDougall Energy is looking for a detail-orientated individual to fill a full-time position as Inventory Control Clerk based out of our Timmins Branch. This role reports to the Operations Manager and is an integral member of the Operations team responsible for managing the fuel reconciliation. Responsibilities include: * Reconciling invoices from suppliers for completeness, correctness, and validity and completing the reconciliation in a timely fashion * Billing customers to facilitate payment within terms * Identifying discrepancies in billings and following up with various internal departments for resolution * Creating and processing invoices into the ERP system according to specific timelines * Assisting with answering incoming calls and attending to customer inquiries about fuel delivery, service, account information or other related items * Other duties as assigned ABOUT YOU: The ideal candidate will have: * Well-developed customer service and communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment * Strong computer and numeric skills * Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities WHAT WE OFFER: We offer career growth and development through on-the-job training, professional courses, and peer learning in a friendly and inclusive work environment that allows you to thrive both personally and professionally.
