Oversee local IT service delivery and end-to-end user experience for multiple sites in the Montreal region. Lead the local IT team, manage vendor contracts, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and ITIL standards. Requires extensive experience in IT service leadership within manufacturing or service industries and fluency in both English and French. Must be able to obtain NATO Secret security clearance and pass Controlled Goods Program assessments.
