The Project Manager is responsible for planning resources, managing program budgets and schedules, and negotiating requirements with clients. They must identify risks, maintain program visibility for senior management, and coordinate with supply chain for subcontractor management. Requires a bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical or electrical engineering with at least three years of experience in project or program management. Candidates must be proficient in English and French and be able to obtain security clearances including ITAR and Controlled Goods Program.
