Duties and Responsibilities: * - Always report on time for scheduled shifts. * - Maintain inventory of parts for machinery. * - Supervise and support fellow workers, including training new employees. * - Assign tasks and ensure quality of work. * - Report damages or repairs needed to the Maintenance Manager. * - Plan and organize machinery repairs and installations. * - Perform maintenance procedures and assist with mechanical repairs. * -- Follow plant lock-out procedures during repair or servicing. * - Report any safety hazards immediately. Skills and Requirements: * - Red Seal Ticket (preferred) * - Well-organized and efficient in task performance. * - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * - Commitment to workplace safety. * - Ability to drive a forklift. * - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. * - Excellent attention to detail and quality. * - Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Work Experience: * - Five years of experience in industrial maintenance. * - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * - Good rigging and forklift driving skills. The Millwright is responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations on industrial machinery while adhering to safety and lock-out procedures. They will also supervise fellow workers, manage parts inventory, and ensure quality standards are met.

Candidates must have at least five years of experience in industrial maintenance and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A Red Seal certification is preferred, along with proficiency in rigging and forklift operation.
