Mikelle Search Group is partnering with a large multinational organization in the search for an experienced Tax Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a complex and dynamic tax function within an organization with significant international operations. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Tax Manager will lead Canadian and international tax compliance and reporting, indirect tax, global tax provisions, audits, transfer pricing and tax risk management. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leadership, internal business units and external advisors across multiple jurisdictions. What we’re looking for: • A professional accounting designation • At least five years of relevant corporate tax experience, including experience in a Tax Manager role • Completion of the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program and advanced tax courses • Strong knowledge of Canadian income tax legislation • Experience with IFRS tax accounting and tax provisions • General knowledge of U.S. and international taxation • Strong technical research, leadership and communication skills This is a full-time, office-based position located in downtown Calgary.
