The Role We're looking for an additional AI Solutions Specialist based out in Kelowna to help accelerate AI adoption across Mark Anthony Group. This role sits at the intersection of technology, enablement, and employee support, serving as a trusted resource for teams exploring and using AI tools across the organization. As an AI Solutions Specialist, you'll act as a frontline AI support partner, trainer, advocate, and tester. You'll help employees get the most value from AI technologies, support rollout initiatives, evaluate new AI opportunities, and contribute to building a culture of responsible AI adoption. AI Support & Enablement * Provide frontline support to employees using AI tools, answering questions and troubleshooting issues. * Guide users on best practices, responsible usage, and effective AI workflows. * Support AI literacy initiatives through training sessions, workshops, and enablement programs. * Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and knowledge resources. AI Adoption & Change Management * Support organization-wide AI adoption campaigns and rollout activities. * Partner with stakeholders to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of AI solutions. * Track adoption metrics, user feedback, and program effectiveness. * Share success stories and best practices across teams. Tool Evaluation & Testing * Participate in pilot programs and testing initiatives for emerging AI technologies. * Assess usability, performance, and user experience of AI solutions. * Provide recommendations and feedback to improve adoption and effectiveness. * Support evaluation frameworks for new AI products and use cases. Use Case Assessment * Assist in reviewing and evaluating AI use case submissions from across the business. * Assess feasibility, business value, and alignment with organizational priorities. * Support decision-making processes related to AI opportunities and initiatives. What You'll Bring * Undergraduate degree in a related field; specialization or coursework in AI is considered an asset. * Hands-on experience using AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, AnswersAI, or similar technologies. * Experience supporting end users, training programs, technology adoption initiatives, or change management activities is an asset. The typical hiring range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
