Activity Coordinator (Didsbury & Carstairs)

MAIN DUTIES: Directly responsible to the Site General Manager of the assigned Lodge. Coordinates the Lodge activities program ensuring leisure, social, spiritual, and physical activities are provided. Assists with needs of residents and responds to emergency issues. QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to plan, organize and evaluate resident activities. Related experience working with seniors. A positive rapport with seniors, friendly and helpful. A flexible, willing and positive attitude, customer service driven. Must be dependable, reliable, and trustworthy. Must be physically able to perform lifting, bending and repetitive tasks. A high standard of hygiene and personal appearance. Completed current First Aid and Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Must be renewed every three years. Must have a clear and current criminal record check. SCHEDULE: This is a casual position Successful candidate must be available to work 1 shift every 3 months, at minimum Successful candidate must be willing to work between two locations - Didsbury and Carstairs

Candidates must have experience working with seniors and possess current First Aid and CPR certification. The role requires physical ability to perform tasks like lifting and bending, along with a clear criminal record check.
