La municipalité régionale de comté (MRC) de Bellechasse est située immédiatement à l'est de l'agglomération urbaine de Lévis. Elle regroupe 20 municipalités et son territoire de 1759 km², est borné au nord par le fleuve Saint-Laurent, au sud par la MRC Les Etchemins, au nord-ouest par la Ville de Lévis, à l'ouest par la MRC La Nouvelle-Beauce et Robert-Cliche et à l'est par la MRC de Montmagny.
