Bilingual Customer Service (B2B Order Desk) Location: Mississauga, Ontario (Hybrid - 2 days in office) Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Salary: $60,000-$65,000 Who Are We? This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who enjoys managing product orders, resolving customer inquiries, and collaborating across departments in a structured, fast-paced environment. Collaborative environment with exposure to customer service, sales, finance, logistics, and operations. What Will You Do? Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls and emails. Manage the complete order cycle, including order entry, confirmations, status updates, invoicing, credits, returns, and shipping inquiries. Process product orders accurately through an ERP system while ensuring customer and order information is complete and current. Provide customers with clear and accurate information regarding purchase orders, sales orders, product availability, returns, credits, and deliveries. Review and process credit requests, invoice-only transactions, and return authorizations in accordance with internal procedures. Coordinate with sales, finance, warehouse, logistics, and other internal departments to resolve issues and deliver a positive customer experience. Provide verbal and written order confirmations when requested. Support the coordination and preparation of request-for-proposal responses, when required. Complete general administrative duties and maintain accurate documentation within established service standards. What Do You Bring? Fluency in both English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills in each language. 3+ years of customer service experience, ideally within an order management, order processing, call centre, distribution, manufacturing, or product-based environment. Required experience managing physical product orders from entry through delivery; service-only customer support experience will not be sufficient for this position. Hands-on experience using an ERP or order management system such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, or a comparable platform. Experience with a CRM platform is considered an asset. Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on minimizing customer-impacting errors. Ability to learn complex product configurations, internal policies, approval processes, shipping procedures, and warranty requirements. Excellent organization, follow-up, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Professional telephone manner and a genuine commitment to responsive customer service. Community college diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
