JOB RESPONSIBILTIES * Supervision of Stewarding staff * Assisting with departmental training and orientation of new employees and existing stewards * Monitoring of labour costs daily, * Delegating job tasks and duties to Stewarding staff as required. * Accountable to the Managers of any assigned task to each in every staff during his or her shift * Maintain time keeping and records! * Ensures adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary action if the need to arises. JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS * At least 2-5 years relevant supervisory experience in the Stewarding / Kitchen areas within the Hospitality industry * Previous experience in a unionized environment * WHMIS Certification is required. * Excellent organizational and written / verbal communicational skills are a must. * Availability to work the overnight shift starting at 10:00 pm Why Join us?
