There is a motivated national team that is adding a team member. The ideal candidate will be organized, motivated, meticulous, and driven; previous experience as an estimator in a manufacturing company would be an asset. International company with 18 manufacturing sites across North America. Responsibilities and duties: * Prepare the work to be estimated by gathering all information from internal sales; * Obtain material pricing and perform cost analysis; * Review product specifications to accurately determine material quantities required; * Write quotes and other documents accurately to create and submit proposals to clients; * Ensure estimates are completed in a timely manner; * Establish and maintain working relationships with other departments such as sales, planning, purchasing, customer service, production, and shipping; * Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed; Skill Requirements: * Proven estimating experience (preferably in a manufacturing and/or technical environment); * Detail-oriented and high analytical skills; * Proficient at completing analysis and reports using Excel; * Excellent verbal and written communications skills; * Strong listening and presentation skills; * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively; * Ability to work in an organized manner and in a fast-paced environment; * Ability to work in team; * Ability to use computer tools (Microsoft Office, accounting, CRM, etc.).
