Lead the Human Resources department and provide strategic advice and support to municipal leaders on staffing, labor relations, and workforce management. Oversee collective bargaining, HR policies and programs, training, compensation, workplace safety, employee engagement, and the department’s civil protection plan.
Hybride
Plan, coordinate, and monitor territorial development projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality, cost control, and timely delivery. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, manage project documentation and communications, prepare progress and final reports, and support project proposals and funding efforts.
