Monitor production performance, address delivery risks and changing priorities, and contribute to planning-system, process, and inventory-policy improvements, including production at subcontractors.

Develop short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts and establish a consistent global demand-planning process across the NANUK and SKB brands. Lead the demand-planning portion of the monthly S&OP cycle, improve systems and reporting, monitor forecast and inventory performance, and coordinate plans across business functions and international regions.
