The job involves: Taking guest orders, communicating details of food preparation techniques, providing information about wine, beer and cocktail lists and promoting suitable meal/drink pairings Assisting in various restaurant duties such as food running, bussing, seating guests and processing Momentum offers. Serving and delivering food/drinks in a friendly and professional manner Ensuring guests are provided with the highest level of service and making decisions pertaining to the betterment of the guest’s experience escalating unresolved concerns to management as appropriate Cleaning and resetting tables for guests to maintain service flow of the restaurant Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation The ideal candidate has: Minimum 6 -12 months serving experience in a high volume food & beverage outlet Smart Serve certification Exceptional guest service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational, multitasking, problem solving and conflict resolution skills Knowledge of local and international wines, spirits, beers, and premium food products We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted We confirm that we do not use AI in screening of applicants, and this position is an existing vacancy. The server is responsible for taking guest orders, providing information on menu pairings, and delivering food and drinks in a professional manner. They must also maintain the restaurant's service flow by cleaning tables and assisting with various restaurant duties.

Candidates must have 6 to 12 months of serving experience in a high-volume food and beverage outlet. A Smart Serve certification is required, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
