They work closely with a wide range of broker partners to get a holistic picture of each risk and make underwriting decisions that make sense for all parties. They are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders and love utilizing their strong technical skills to ensure that risks are assessed properly. While they are already experts in their own field, Northbridge is committed to their ongoing growth and development. Working in a collaborative team they provide coaching, mentoring and development for less experienced underwriters. Senior Underwriters provide comprehensive solutions for commercial mid-market businesses by collaborating with broker partners to assess risks. They also mentor and coach less experienced team members to foster professional development.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of underwriting experience in property, casualty, and automobile insurance. Completion or active pursuit of the CIP designation is also required.
