What makes you great fit: * Fluently bilingual – You speak and write in both English and French with ease – easily able to converse about last night’s Hab’s game with the English (around 40 to 50% of the time) and French speaking fans who will be calling you. * Availability & flexibility – Able to work Monday to Sunday from 10:00am to 8:00pm, between 20 and 40 hours a week. For remote work, you must have a secure, quiet space with high-speed internet (25 MBPS minimum) and adequate job performance. * Tech-savvy multitasker – Comfortable navigating multiple systems and handling several tasks at once. * Excellent communicator – You express yourself clearly, concisely, and professionally. * Detail-oriented problem-solver – You have a keen eye for detail and genuinely enjoy helping others, making customer service and problem-solving your strengths. * Educational Requirement – High school diploma or equivalent.
