Reporting to the Senior Director, Finance, North American Retail Field Operations, the Regional Finance Sr. Manager is responsible for the overall financial support of their assigned region to identify opportunities for increased profitability and provide timely information in supporting quick and accurate decision making. What You'll Do Work directly with Corporate and Operations management to identify opportunities for increased profitability Coordinate the preparation of budgets, strategic plans, quarterly presentations, forecasts, and monthly business narratives Partner with FP&A capital team and regional management to communicate and forecast capital requirements, perform DCF/IRR calculations and monitor spend for the Region Contribute to the creation of analytics and monitoring of KPIs to measure overall financial health of branches and divisions Provide accurate, timely, and reliable financial reports to Regional, Divisional, Branch and Corporate management as assigned Support strategic growth targets by tracking the performance of the group through a suite of key KPI’s Analyze and communicate results of quarterly/annual benchmark analysis, as it relates to Division, branch, salesman performance. Communicate and coordinate with Corporate functional areas, Region Manager and Regional support to ensure that internal controls and procedures are consistently followed Clearly define and communicate duties, responsibilities, authority and expectations to direct report(s) Monitor direct report performance and develop individual plans to meet performance expectations Lead functional area toward integration of newly acquired or merged businesses into the Region Coordinate and direct support for Regional financial decisions Contribute to the identification and analysis of Merger and Acquisition candidates Perform month end close responsibilities, including to help prepare journal entries and review of financial statements for accuracy Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analysis and related commentary, including as a contributor to SOX controls Keep abreast of current trends and practices in the industry and field of expertise Provide support for the monitoring of internal controls to ensure effectiveness Apply effective people leadership skills leading team through performance management, career development, and budget management Perform other duties and projects as assigned Leadership As a leader in Retail Finance, foster engagement through Clarity, Competence, Influence, & Recognition Provide support and feedback to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks Communicate company and functional goals, core values, safety practices, and deadlines to team Coach members on achieving goals and developing necessary skills that get results Set clear team goals, evaluating progress along the way, allowing teams to work collaboratively to reach targets What You'll Bring A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized institution MBA, CPA, CFA or CMA is preferred A minimum of 8+ years’ experience in practical financial experience is required Demonstrated leadership skills are required Demonstrated analytical skills are required Ability to travel is required Highly detail oriented Self-Motivated Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills Excellent integrity and business ethics Ability to lead by example and work well with others What You'll Get Purpose-Driven Work – Make an impact as part of a global team feeding the future and support farmers locally and around the world Excellent Benefits – Comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage, plus a retirement program with generous employer matching for your future Grow Your Career – Tuition assistance for future education and ongoing learning and training opportunities for career advancement pathways across the organization Support When it Matters – Employee Assistance Programs, inclusive leaves, and paid time for holidays, volunteering, vacation, and wellness Thrive in a Strong Culture – Guided by our core values we put safety first, act with integrity, are stronger together, and deliver with excellence in a collaborative, high-performing environment Ready to make an impact with us?
