Conduct clinical interviews and psychological assessments, provide tailored support to hospitalized patients and, where appropriate, their relatives and caregivers, and identify psychological distress or vulnerability. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on care planning, document clinical interventions, and contribute to institutional reflection and continuous improvement in care quality.

Assess and identify the needs of patients and their families, then advise them and propose solutions suited to the difficulties they face. Prepare and follow up on case files with relevant organizations and agencies, coordinating with the medical and paramedical team.
