The time has finally come for Old Yale Brewing Craft Brewery + Kitchen Chilliwack to reopen its doors, but first we need to fill it with some awesome people…aka YOU! The Role At Old Yale Brewing, Servers are at the heart of the guest experience. You'll create genuine connections, share your passion for craft beer and great food, and help deliver memorable experiences that bring our community together one person, one beer, and one experience at a time. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable guest experiences. Take food and beverage orders and recommend beer, food, and merchandise. Accurately enter orders and process guest payments. Deliver food and beverages while ensuring quality and guest satisfaction. Support retail sales, special events, and brewery promotions. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards. Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to support smooth operations. Key Qualifications Minimum one year of hospitality, food service, retail, or customer service experience. Valid Serving It Right certification. Strong communication, organization, and guest service skills. Comfortable using POS and payment processing systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety practices. Passion for hospitality, great food, and craft beer. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Come as you are and be who you wish.
