Since 1998, we've been pushing the boundaries of what pumper trucks can achieve! Our filtration-equipped, two-compartment septic and grease trap trucks are designed to help pumpers overcome today’s biggest industry challenge: limited access to wastewater treatment facilities and the rising cost of disposal. Conventional trucks haul every gallon they collect - and while Omega trucks can operate the same way, they also offer a second pump-out option. With this approach, the septic tank or grease trap is fully emptied, but the liquids and solids are separated into the truck’s two independent compartments. Once the tank or trap is empty, Omega’s patented filtration system processes the wastewater at 100 microns and returns it to the same system with no chemicals or additives and no cross-contamination. Because the pumper leaves with only the concentrated sludge, his number of disposal trips is greatly reduced. This sludge stays in a liquid state that wastewater treatment facilities readily accept, allowing the pumper to cut operating costs and serve more customers. Another important advantage is tank stability. When wastewater is returned immediately after pumping, the tank is never left empty - eliminating the risk of buoyancy or “floating” in high-groundwater areas.
