As a Quotation Specialist, you will receive and process requests for quotations/pricing and review quote documentation to determine customer requirements and coordinate clarifications. You will also: Respond to product and project-related inquiries throughout the quoting process Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing and supporting information Gather and coordinate all required inputs to complete accurate quotations Prepare, finalize, and submit quotes in line with company procedures and required deadlines Ensure all quotations comply with internal pricing policies and standards Maintain documentation supporting quote development and pricing decisions Manage multiple active quotations simultaneously, including tracking and follow-ups Monitor quote outcomes, maintain records, and report win/loss results with rationale Escalate customer complaints or complex issues to the Quotations Sales Manager Identify and recommend improvements to the quoting process Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and offerings Perform additional duties as assigned What you bring to the job You are someone with experience working in customer-service settings and come with the following qualifications: Fully bilingual in English and French Prior experience working with quoting or project-based pricing Ability to learn quickly and retain technical/product information Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Nice to have: plumbing or mechanical industry experience and product knowledge Qualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Gregory Lienhart.
