In this role, you will assess practical experience against established standards. You will provide clear and constructive feedback and well as being a resource to business leaders. Advise on program requirements, accreditation pathways, and next steps to support successful completion. Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, managers, and partners to support training initiatives, accreditation requirements, and workforce development goals. Partner with organizations to establish, implement, and maintain approved training and development programs that align with professional and regulatory standards. Consult with employers and internal stakeholders to provide guidance on program requirements, accreditation processes, and compliance expectations. Monitor existing employer training programs to ensure ongoing compliance, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend corrective actions where needed. Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and managers on program standards, competency development, and best practices. Plan, coordinate, and execute projects related to training, program development, and employer engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives. What you bring to the job You are a clear, confident communicator skilled in relationship-building, presentations, and handling sensitive discussions. You also come with the following: CPA designation 3+ years of post-designation experience and a relevant degree or diploma Experience in public practice, industry, or government environments Strong knowledge of practical experience requirements, competency development, and related policies Detail-oriented with sound judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making ability Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client service skills Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and interpret reporting data requirements Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams Qualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Rujeeka Manoharan.
