Some of your duties will include: The Job In this role, you will report to the HR Manager and support them with HR related functions, as well as other programs and initiatives in the organization. Some of your duties will include: Providing advice and guidance on HR and employee relations and employee engagement Participating in full cycle recruitment for all roles from entry level to senior management Leading the onboarding program for all new employees Conducting training and information sessions Maintaining the HRIS database with accurate information Developing and implementing policies Performing duties as a member of the Health & Safety Committee Conducting research to ensure the HR department stays current with new legislation Providing strategic and administrative support to ensure the HR department runs smoothly What you bring to this role You are interested in Post-Secondary education, preferably in HR 7 years of Human Resources experience CHRP designation is a definite asset Advanced MS Office skills Excellent verbal communication and written skills Proactive working ability and demonstrating strong sense of urgency Ability to maintain confidentiality Strategic and innovative mindset as a change-maker Experience with ADP Workforce would be an asset Qualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Antoinette King.
