You'll be the critical link between learners, instructors, and our education team - designing and developing content, assessments, and digital learning products within our LMS (D2L Brightspace). This is a chance to own the full instructional design lifecycle for a suite of professional accreditation and development programs, working in both virtual and in-person formats. Design, update, and maintain engaging eLearning modules, videos, facilitator guides, workbooks, and case studies Manage assessments end-to-end — from enhancing learner experience to troubleshooting platform issues Analyze course evaluations and learner feedback to continuously improve content Stay ahead of trends in learning technology, accessibility, and UX to keep our programs current Act as a go-to LMS resource for instructors and learners, and support platform training documentation Partner closely with a collaborative Instructional Design team and Professional Accreditation colleagues What You Bring to the Job Post-secondary education in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or Learning Technology Proven experience in instructional design, learning experience design, ed-tech, or corporate learning Hands-on experience with an LMS (D2L Brightspace experience a strong asset) A track record designing online, blended, and instructor-led programs grounded in adult learning principles Bilingual (English/French) is a plus Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail — you thrive juggling multiple priorities against tight deadlines A collaborative, diplomatic communication style and genuine care for the learner experience Qualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Ashley Richardson. The role involves designing and developing digital learning products, assessments, and eLearning modules within the D2L Brightspace LMS. The designer will manage the full instructional design lifecycle for professional accreditation programs and continuously improve content based on learner feedback.

Candidates need post-secondary education in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or Learning Technology with proven experience in ed-tech or corporate learning. Proficiency with an LMS, specifically D2L Brightspace, and a strong grasp of adult learning principles are required.
