We’re looking for a highly skilled Training Facilitator to join our team for a 6-month contract. This role will be focused on delivering impactful, in-person classroom training to professionals, helping them enhance their skills and grow within their careers. You will be responsible for the following: Lead engaging training sessions for professionals, ensuring content is relevant, practical, and interactive Follow established training programs, customizing materials to suit diverse audiences Collaborate with internal teams to adapt content for better engagement and retention Provide guidance and answer questions during and after sessions, fostering a supportive environment Collect feedback, assess training effectiveness, and suggest improvements Maintain accurate training records and report on participant progress and outcomes Other responsibilities, as necessary What you bring to the job You are someone with strong presentation skills to engage and motivate diverse learners. You can effectively build rapport and manage group dynamics. You also come with: Proven experience as a Trainer or Facilitator, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering classroom-based training to professionals Experience working with corporate or professional audiences, tailoring training to meet their specific needs Ability to think on your feet and adjust your facilitation style to different learning preferences Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple sessions and priorities Relevant certifications in training, facilitation, or instructional design are preferred Qualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Rujeeka Manoharan.
