COORDINATOR, SAFETY DATA COMPLIANCE CONTRACT (12 MONTHS) MISSISSAUGA, ON/HYBRID Are you someone with exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. As a Safety Data Compliance Coordinator, you will coordinate and maintain health & safety data, reporting systems, and compliance records. You will also: Analyze safety data to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making. Create and maintain KPI dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Excel and Power BI. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual health & safety reports for leadership. Track incidents, corrective actions, audits, inspections, and compliance activities. Monitor WSIB claims, reporting, and related documentation. Support compliance with occupational health & safety legislation and internal standards. Administer SharePoint sites and improve reporting processes through Power Automate workflows. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely maintenance of safety records and documentation. Coordinate follow-ups with internal stakeholders to ensure completion of action items. Assist with safety communications, presentations, and general administrative support. Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and business processes. What you bring to the job You are someone with advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis. You also come with: Post-secondary diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in data coordination, reporting, administration, or health & safety support. Experience with WSIB claims tracking and safety reporting is an asset. Experience in a corporate, industrial, aviation, or other operational environment is preferred. Proficiency with Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with SharePoint for document and information management. Experience creating workflows and automations using Power Automate.
