Oulton College is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses who want to make a lasting impact on the future of healthcare. As a Clinical Instructor, you won’t just supervise students - you will inspire, mentor, and help shape the next generation of nurses. Clinical Instructors play a critical role in preparing students for real-world practice. We are currently recruiting Clinical Instructors across multiple disciplines. Your clinical expertise matters to us, and specific disciplines and availability will be discussed during the interview process to align with your experience and schedule. Join us in shaping confident, competent, and compassionate nurses of tomorrow. Requirements Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent) required. Eligible for registration (or active status) with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick (NANB) Minimum of two years of recent and relevant experience as a registered nurse. Basic technology proficiency, including the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and students using MS Teams and to enter competencies into our internal software system accurately.
