Floater School Bus Driver Cold Lake Bus Lines offers an opportunity that is always exciting and allows for routine. We offer free personalized training, competitive wages, bonuses, and flexibility within your personal life. * Existing Class 2S licensed drivers are eligible for a $3,000 hiring bonus! Receive $1,500 after three months of employment and the remaining $1,500 after nine months. * Competitive wages – $24.50 per hour, guaranteed minimum 6 hours per day * Referral, safety, and perfect attendance bonuses * Summers, weekends, and holidays off * Opportunity for advancement * Employee recognition programs Duties and Responsibilities: * Complete mandatory wheelchair training * Be willing and able to drive any route * Perform non-driving duties, as assigned, during scheduled hours * Drive safely and responsibly; be prepared for all road and weather conditions * Keep an up-to-date route binder * Maintain radio contact and use proper radio protocol * Be prepared and ready to go at the designated yard location assigned by dispatch; communicate with dispatch at the scheduled time * Manage passenger behaviour by quickly and effectively solving problems * Submit bus misconducts to the school when necessary * Must follow each school board's unique policies and procedures when operating for each school division Requirements * Valid Class 1 or 2S driver's license with a minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience * Must be able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of Cold Lake, Bonnyville and area * 10 year commercial driver's abstract * Clear criminal record and intervention check Working Conditions * Floater Drivers work a split shift of 6:30 am to 9:30 am and 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday (subject to change for route coverage) * Floaters must be available to help both Cold Lake and Bonnyville yards when necessary #ZRLP

Exigences
Candidates must possess a valid Class 1 or 2S driver's license with at least two years of commercial driving experience. A clean 10-year commercial driver's abstract and a clear criminal record check are also required.
