We are seeking a Production Assistant to join our Production team. This role is for someone who is at the beginning of their career and is passionate about the garment industry and production process. Ideal candidate is a self-starter, good communicator, a team player and has a basic understanding of garment construction. You show initiative, excel in fast-paced environments, and enjoy a collaborative and solution-focused work environment. The Production Team oversees the production of finished goods with local factories. We ensure factories are equipped with all the necessary materials and garment knowledge to produce best quality garments. We conduct regular quality checks on both overseas and local productions. We ensure timely deliveries of finished products to our Distribution Center. As a member of the team, you will assist in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflows to achieve the collective goal of producing quality garments. Role and Responsibilities: Cut and bundle for in house for sample sewing and small batch production Quality-Check reference and TOP samples Assemble Factory Packages, including BOM creation Print Barcodes Support with Made-On-Demand local production coordination Support in-house raw material organization and inventory management Facilitate delivery of notions/trims/materials to factories Assist with any small departmental tasks, as and when needed Requirements: Basic knowledge of garment construction Some experience reading spec and tech pack documents Experience cutting variety of fabrics, especially lightweight wovens such as chiffon and satin Experience sewing lightweight wovens and knits Experience with industrial sewing machines: Industrial Straight-Stitch Industrial Serger Attentive and Detail-Oriented Shows initiative and a proactive attitude Collaborative and problem-solving spirit Has strong communication skills and is adaptable to shifting priorities Valid Driver’s License Please apply directly to [email protected] with “Production Assistant” in the subject line
