<p>Who we are We’re not your typical non-profit.</p><p>We bring swagger to everything we do.</p><p>That means we move with purpose in every step, driven by our commitment to putting our community at the centre of our work.</p><p>Every day, we ask ourselves to see possibilities where others see limits.</p><p>Because people with Parkinson’s and care partners deserve better.</p><p>Better care, more inclusive research and access to treatment and support that make living well possible.</p><p>Our mission is to empower and inspire people living with Parkinson’s and their care partners to live fully and courageously.</p><p>Through community support, advocacy, and research, we encourage others to see a diagnosis not as a dimming of light, but a spark for a new beginning.</p><p>Move forward.</p><p>Together.</p><p>On Mission.</p><p>Who we need Reporting to the Director of Finance, we are hiring an Application Implementation Project Manager for a 12 month contract.</p><p>In this role, you will lead the organization’s internal activities for the implementation of NetSuite.</p><p>Working closely with business leaders, the internal project team, subject-matter experts, and the implementation partner’s project manager, you will ensure that organizational requirements, decisions, data, resources, and project deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.  As the Application Implementation Project Manager, you will own the internal project plan, coordinates dependencies and activities across departments, monitors the project budget and timeline, and provide clear reporting on progress, risks, issues, and decisions.</p><p>The role will proactively identify risks, facilitate resolution of project issues, and escalate matters requiring leadership attention.  This is a remote role based anywhere in Canada, with occasional travel for team meetings and events, typically one or two times per year.</p><p>Key Responsibilities: Project Planning, Governance, and Coordination  Develop and maintain the internal implementation work plan in coordination with the implementation partner’s project manager, ensuring organizational obligations, activities, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines are aligned with the overall project schedule, assigned to accountable owners, and tracked through completion.  Coordinate internal participation in requirements gathering, process walkthroughs, configuration reviews, validation activities, and business decision-making.  Maintain complete and current project governance records, including the project schedule, budget tracker, risk and issue log, decision log, defect log, change request log, action tracker, testing dashboard, and status reports.  Document and track key business, technical, scope, configuration, data, and implementation decisions, including accountable decision owners, required dates, rationale, dependencies, impacts, and approval status.</p><p>Technical Dependencies, Change Management, and Operational Readiness  Coordinate internal and third-party resources involved in system integrations, data exchanges, licensing, access, security, privacy, and other technical dependencies.  ​​​​​​​Monitor completion of required project training, process documentation, end-user materials, communications, change-management activities, and operational readiness requirements.  Coordinate cutover and go-live readiness activities, ensuring assigned tasks, approvals, data validation, testing sign-offs, user preparation, support arrangements, rollback considerations, and contingency plans are completed.  Support the transition from implementation to operational ownership, including documentation, outstanding issue management, post-go-live stabilization, support arrangements, and handover to designated system owners.  R
