Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Barrie, ON, responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff performance, and branch-level business targets. This role includes managing and coaching team members, setting clear performance expectations, and ensuring consistent adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. The Branch Manager monitors key metrics, prepares reports, and uses data to drive productivity, efficiency, and revenue while maintaining high standards of customer service. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating workflows, resolving escalated issues, supporting client relationships, and implementing process improvements. The role also includes participating in hiring decisions, training staff, managing schedules, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with company values. Qualifications Experience in branch or operations management within financial services, credit, collections, banking, or a related field. Strong leadership abilities, including team supervision, coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution. Solid business acumen with skills in planning, organizing, prioritizing tasks, and achieving operational and revenue targets. Proficiency in using office productivity software, CRM or collections systems, and reporting tools to manage data and workflows. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, consumers, and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and a focus on compliance and ethical practices. Post-secondary education in business, finance, management, or a related discipline is an asset; equivalent experience will be considered. Ability to work on-site in Barrie, ON, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and targets.
