Position: Dental Administrator Location: NE Calgary, AB Clinic: Sayahh City Kids Dental Care At Sayahh City Kids Dental Care, we believe a positive dental experience starts the moment a child and their family walk through our doors. We’re looking for a warm, compassionate, and organized Dental Administrator who enjoys working with children and families and can help make every visit feel welcoming, comfortable, and stress-free. Whether you’re early in your dental administration career or bring years of experience, you’ll be joining a supportive team where your energy, empathy, and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference in the patient experience. Specifics about the role: Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Mondays 7:15-3:00pm Tuesdays/Thursdays 9 am- 5 pm Wednesdays 7:15am- 3:00pm Fridays 7:15-3:00pm Starting in November, 2 Saturdays per month (exact hours to be determined) Employees scheduled to work a Saturday will have the following Monday off What you’ll do: Be the warm and welcoming face of the clinic, helping children and their families feel comfortable from the moment they arrive Build positive relationships with young patients and their parents/caregivers Manage phone calls, answer questions, and efficiently schedule appointments Coordinate and optimize appointment schedules to support a smooth clinic flow Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and databases Process insurance claims, manage billing, and follow up with insurance companies Explain treatment, scheduling, and administrative information clearly and compassionately to parents and caregivers Help establish and maintain office protocols that keep the clinic organized and running smoothly Support a positive team environment focused on exceptional pediatric patient and family care Provide leadership at the front desk and help ensure every family has a positive experience What you’ll bring to the role: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental administration role Experience working in a pediatric dental environment is an asset Knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Dentrix and MaxAssist is an asset Strong verbal and written communication skills A warm, friendly, and patient personality with the ability to connect comfortably with children and families Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Ability to remain calm, patient, and positive in a busy environment A genuine passion for creating positive dental experiences for children Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Who we are: Welcome to Passion Dental Group, a team of dedicated dental professionals committed to providing exceptional care and building a community of like-minded individuals who share our values.
