We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Level I or Level II Dental Assistants to join our team, with opportunities available at either our Mississauga or Etobicoke clinic location. Whether you are a Level I assistant looking to grow your clinical expertise or an experienced Level II certified assistant ready to make an immediate impact, we offer a supportive, high-energy environment where your skills and patient-first mindset are genuinely valued. Role Details Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $24.00 – $30.00 / hour (commensurate with certification level and experience) Schedule: Flexible availability required for Days, Evenings, and Weekends (Clinics operate 7 days a week, up to 9:00 PM Mon–Fri) Location: Opportunity to work at one of our state-of-the-art clinics (Mississauga or Etobicoke) What You’ll Do Chairside Support: Assist dentists during a variety of routine and complex clinical procedures, including extractions, root canals, bone grafts, and implant surgeries. Patient Care & Education: Guide patients through their appointments, explaining post-treatment care, oral hygiene practices, and treatment procedures with empathy and clarity. Sterilization & IPAC: Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments in strict compliance with infection control protocols. Radiology & Diagnostics: Take and process dental X-rays (for Level II / HARP certified candidates) and digital scans. Clinical Administration: Maintain accurate digital patient records, assist with inventory management, and support front desk operations with scheduling or patient intake when needed. Qualifications & Requirements Education & Certification: Graduation from an accredited Dental Assisting program (Level I or Level II certification). Certifications: Active HARP certification Experience: 1+ years of clinical dental assisting experience preferred, though motivated recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Communication & Tech Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills and comfort with dental management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Availability: Evening and weekend availability to support clinic operating hours. Preferred Assets: Experience with iTero scanning Up-to-date IPAC and WHMIS training Why Join Passion Dental Group?
