We are looking for a General Clerk/Cashier to work in multiple departments to join our location in Hope, BC. Departments include grocery, and meat. Open availability is preferred. Responsibilities: Create a positive and professional experience by greeting and assisting every customer. Ensure the department is well stocked and presented with the freshest products. Accurately price and label products. Share product knowledge and recommendations with customers. Assist customers with product requests and special orders. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking merchandise. Clean equipment and workstation to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment. Other duties as required. Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience. The ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Retail or customer service experience is considered an asset. Perks: Weekly pay every Friday. Flexible work environment. Compensation Details: $18.50 - $24.00 The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.

The clerk will assist customers, manage product stocking, and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. They are also responsible for accurate product pricing and handling special customer requests.

Candidates should possess excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team. Previous retail or customer service experience is considered an asset.
