Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders and subject matter experts. Evaluate solution options and contribute to process and system improvement recommendations. Support quality assurance, testing, validation, and user acceptance activities. Organize product backlogs and collect and triage user feedback. Develop training materials, user-facing documentation, and deliver end-user training. Support implementation plans, pilots, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives. Build strong relationships with business partners and help ensure successful adoption of technology solutions. Assist with service requests and conduct research to evaluate emerging technologies and potential solutions. Qualifications Postsecondary degree or diploma in information technology, information management, business administration, computing science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, technology delivery, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements. Knowledge of software implementations, software development lifecycle methodologies, and business process improvement. Ability to assess solution alternatives for business value and organizational fit. Experience with Azure DevOps or a similar work management platform. Experience creating user documentation and training materials. Familiarity with UX principles and design thinking concepts. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
