As a Financial Analyst you will be focused on new business, client relationship management, and driving growth. The Financial Analyst, Marketing & Quotes will: Provide quote/marketing support for groups up to 50 lives. Coordinate with Account Executives for direction and broker communications Collect, organize, and prepare client information for presentation to insurance carrier Underwriters Prepare client ready reports and documents Prepare proposals and alternatives to traditional and non-traditional employee benefits plans Follow up with insurance carriers to ensure groups are being quoted properly and in a timely manner Process sale documents for submission to insurance carriers Ensure database is promptly and accurately updated To be successful as a Financial Analyst, Marketing and Quotes you will need: 2+ years of experience in the group benefits industry 2+ years working Client focused with commitment for service excellence Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet client and internal needs All-star candidates will have: Bilingual (French/English) would be an asset What's in it for you: Learn by working alongside our experts Extended health care and dental benefits A retirement savings plan with company contributions A suite of Health & Wellness offerings Mental Health programs and support for you and your family Assistance for the completion of industry designations Competitive compensation A fulfilling opportunity to join a supportive, vibrant, growing company! This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to provide additional details of the total compensation for this role.

The Financial Analyst will provide marketing and quoting support for group benefits, including preparing client reports and coordinating with insurance underwriters. They are responsible for managing client relationships, processing sale documents, and ensuring database accuracy.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in the group benefits industry and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks in a client-focused environment are essential.
