Job description: We are hiring a Process Planner – Aerospace Assembly to support mechanical and industrial engineering operations in Mirabel, Quebec. This is a fully on-site position. Candidates must be available to work from the Mirabel location daily. Professional fluency in French is mandatory. Responsibilities Plan, develop, and validate assembly and test instructions using eCATES. Define and validate tooling and test equipment required to assemble and test aerospace modules and engines. Ensure assembly and test processes meet applicable quality and engineering standards. Maintain Engine Center General Instructions that guide standard assembly work. Support CVIS and data-plate machine (ROFFIN) programming. Support the implementation and programming of Torque Management Systems (TMS). Participate in PFMEA activities and Risk Priority Number (RPN) determination. Assist with planning, designing, improving, and validating manufacturing processes. Qualifications 3–10 years of relevant experience in aerospace assembly, testing, manufacturing engineering, or process planning. Experience assembling and testing aerospace modules and engines. Experience developing assembly instructions and validating tooling and test equipment. Knowledge of eCATES, CVIS, ROFFIN, TMS programming, PFMEA, and RPN. Experience with Solumina, CATIA, CorelDRAW, and assembly process planning is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline preferred; Mechanical Engineering Technician background considered. Professional fluency in French is required. Strong problem-solving, documentation, collaboration, and process-improvement skills. Must be able to complete required background screening. Canadian citizen or permanent resident required due to role-related restrictions.
