About The Role The Manager of Media Relations & Issues Management plays a critical role in shaping and protecting RBH’s external reputation at a pivotal moment in our transformation toward a smoke-free future. Reporting to the Director of Communications & Sustainability, this role is responsible for leading the company’s media strategy, acting as the primary point of contact for journalists and media stakeholders, and providing strategic counsel to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Media Strategy & Narrative Leadership Lead the development and execution of integrated media relations strategies aligned with RBH’s business priorities. Proactively shape and advance RBH’s external narrative, including its transformation, innovation agenda, and regulatory environment. Identify and capitalize on strategic media opportunities to drive impactful, high-quality coverage. Oversee media monitoring and reporting, including earned media metrics and insights to inform strategy. Continuously assess performance and optimize media engagement approaches. Content Development & Media Campaign Execution Produce high-quality communications materials, including press releases, statements, key messages, and briefing documents. Lead the execution of national, regional, and local media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement. Partner with internal teams to identify and develop compelling, newsworthy stories tied to business priorities. Issues Management L With huge change, comes huge opportunity. Who Are We Looking For A university graduate up to 6 months after graduation or a student of a 3rd, 4th or 5th year, preferably available for 30-40 hours per week Proficient English speaker Candidate with experience in using Microsoft Office tools and with strong communication skills Previous experience in a multinational environment would be an advantage What We Offer In this position, you will earn no less than PLN 34 gross per hour Paid internship for a duration of up to 12 months Multisport card subsidy Access to internal training platforms, including a language learning platform Daily contact with people from all around the world A chance to see the nature of the corporate world and work in a multinational environment with a team of specialists Possibility to use and practice English each day How Will You Make History With Us Provide support to CAPEX analysts in the preparation of comprehensive financial and technical analysis. Assist in the reconciliation and monthly review of assets under construction (AUC). Actively contribute to the end-to-end resolution of business cases, ensuring timely follow-up and closure. Deliver timely and accurate updates to stakeholders regarding the status and planned actions of CAPEX projects. Maintain ongoing communication with Project Owners across markets to monitor and reconcile CAPEX expenditures. Support the review of Fixed Assets transactions to ensure completeness and accuracy in alignment with SLA requirements. A condition of commencing the internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidate possesses valid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship.
