Job Description Ready to build your career? We want to hear from you. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in leveraging data for the business development, preconstruction, and APEX teams. We are looking for a technology enthusiast to join our team and develop innovative solutions for information production, using business intelligence and tools like Salesforce CRM Analytics. Working closely with key business stakeholders, you will also identify trends, monitor data integrity, and provide valuable insights to support confident decision-making. You will also help build and maintain dashboards and reports to support the company. What You Will Do Support process optimization, automation projects, and develop dashboards and reports within the Salesforce platform, especially using tools such as CRM Analytics and Power BI Incorporate a data-driven approach into decision-making processes Understand the foundations of data models, test data, and regularly monitor it to ensure its integrity This role could be for you if you have : Ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly evolving company Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience working with large data sets, data cleansing, and communicating findings through visualizations Required knowledge of databases and SQL At least one year of experience Experience in developing business intelligence and analytics Bachelor's degree in: business intelligence, statistics, engineering, mathematics (any other relevant field or level of education related to the position will be considered) Experience in creating dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Salesforce CRM Analytics, or other visualization tools Benefits RRSP with up to 5% employer matching Hybrid work model for corporate roles Employee stock ownership program Career growth through real development opportunities Transit pass reimbursement — get to work for free Minimum 4 weeks of vacation from day one For the past six years, we've proudly held the distinction of being one of Canada's Top 100 Employers.
