Lead the quality and sanitation functions for a ready-to-eat food operation, overseeing a team of 28 people. Advance and improve quality systems, including responsibility for HACCP and SQF, and contribute to the organization's growth.

Manage communications with customers, grocery stores, and distributors, primarily by email, and verify purchase orders across different systems. Contribute to sales forecasts and coordinate with production teams to help meet customer needs.

Manage a food warehouse across three shifts, overseeing receiving, storage, order preparation, and shipping while ensuring inventory rotation, expiry-date control, sanitation, and workplace safety. Lead team leaders and operators, manage the warehouse budget and KPIs, and identify and implement improvements to workflows and waste.
