This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time role. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide support, training and coaching to ensure the front of house team delivers an interactive, knowledgeable and professional Food & Beverage experience Actively participating in the daily Food & Beverage operation including coordination of scheduling, recognition and performance management duties – all with best office view you could ask for! Coordinate Food & Beverage orders and inventory with the Food & Beverage Manager Ensure accuracy in cash, debit and credit card transactions. Preparation and verification of daily cash reports Act as the direct line of support in handling any service-related issues, actively listening to guest concerns/issues and finding effective resolution. Escalating as required Ensure the restaurant area is clean and always organized Other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS At least one year of Food & Beverage supervisory experience Detail oriented, strong communication and leadership skills Experience with high volume and demonstrated professionalism under pressure Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environment at a high altitude. Be prepared for all weather conditions (Snow, Rain, Wind, Hail) Proven track record of “safety first” practices an asset Previous experience with POS, Microsoft Office, cash handling/cash outs Secondary language skills an asset To honor our commitment to be “Always Honest” all employees must consent to a criminal record check The starting wage for this role is $21.00/hour.
