This is a full-time seasonal role beginning August, ending October 27, 2026. The starting wage for this role is $18.00/hour. Roles & Responsiblities Greet and assist guests, promoting products like jackets, hats, sunscreen, and custom souvenirs Operate a point-of-sale system (RTP) to sell products, handle transactions, and manage pricing Maintain product knowledge to provide personalized recommendations and enhance guest experience Resolve sales issues such as scanning errors, exchanges, and returns efficiently Ensure store setup is complete, including till preparation and supply readiness, before opening Maintain a clean, organized store environment and complete administrative tasks like inventory counting and filing Communicate with other departments, including Lift Operators and Guest Service Agents, to enhance operations Provide information about weather, hiking trail conditions, and tram operations Follow cash handling procedures and submit end-of-day reports to supervisors Comply with safety regulations and perform additional duties as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications Previous retail experience is an asset Hospitality-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve guest concerns professionally Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, professional attitude About Us: We're more than a hospitality and attractions company. The Retail Associate is responsible for greeting guests, promoting products, and operating point-of-sale systems to process transactions. They must also maintain store cleanliness, manage inventory, and provide information about local attractions and conditions.

Candidates should have a hospitality-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail experience is considered an asset for this role.
