Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Functional & Industry Technologies Management Level Senior Associate Job Description & Summary The Opportunity As a Utilities Enterprise Asset Management Consultant, Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize operational efficiency through the analysis, implementation, training, and support of business applications. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will leverage your understanding of various software solutions to help clients achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. In this role at PwC, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. Your ability to interpret data will inform insights and recommendations, while upholding professional and technical standards. Responsibilities - Analyzing client needs to implement and optimize business application solutions - Providing training and support for seamless integration of business applications - Leveraging analytical reasoning to enhance operational efficiency for clients - Utilizing business data analytics to inform strategic planning and decision-making - Managing project delivery and resource allocation to meet client objectives - Implementing technology solutions to support business transformation initiatives - Developing documentation to support application software implementation - Collaborating with teams to drive business technology innovation and integration - Conducting performance assessments to improve application utilization - Building meaningful client connections to understand and anticipate their needs What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 3 years of experience What Sets You Apart - Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree - Demonstrating analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills - Utilizing business data analytics for strategic planning - Implementing technology solutions in complex environments - Managing project delivery and resource management - Excelling in communication and active listening - Embracing change and learning agility Travel Requirements Up to 60% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
