Pay Rate: $105.88/hour, depending on experience Contract Length: 22 Months Location: Calgary, Alberta Raise is currently hiring a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our Client, is one of North America's leading energy infrastructure companies with operations in natural gas, oil and power industries throughout Canada, the United States, and Mexico Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable. Description The Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist in this role, will apply expert OCM principles to lead change management strategies for large-scale, complex programs and initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups and levels of the organization, up to senior leadership. You will play a critical role in minimizing disruption, maximizing employee adoption, and ensuring the long-term sustainment of transformative business strategies. Responsibilities Strategy & Planning: Apply expert OCM knowledge to design and deliver comprehensive change management assessments, strategies, and plans (including communication, sponsor roadmaps, learning, coaching, and resistance management) for large-scale initiatives. Impact & Readiness Assessments: Complete and evaluate detailed change impact, stakeholder, and readiness analyses to anticipate hurdles and align project execution. Execution & Oversight: Oversee or directly perform required communication, learning, and transition management activities based on project scope and resourcing models. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and the corporate OCM office to deliver holistic, integrated OCM solutions. Leadership Coaching & Engagement: Consult with and coach leaders at all levels—including project managers, business leads, and executive sponsors—on effective change sponsorship, resistance management, and leading through transition. Risk & Issue Management: Continuously assess potential issues, conflicting priorities, and integration opportunities across concurrent programs, raising risks to leadership proactively. Measurement & Sustainment: Evaluate the success of OCM activities, monitor ongoing change adoption, address adoption gaps, and guide business process owners on long-term operationalization. Project Governance: Manage assigned OCM budgets, project costs, and schedules while providing regular progress reports to project leadership. Community Contribution: Support ’s corporate OCM function by sharing best practices, adopting corporate standards, contributing to methodology improvements, and actively participating in the internal OCM community of practice. Qualifications 7 to 10 years of professional experience leading organizational change management (OCM) strategies, change impact assessments, and stakeholder analyses for large-scale, complex enterprise programs. Proven track record of consulting with and coaching senior leadership, project managers, and executive sponsors on sponsorship, resistance management, and leading through transition. Demonstrated ability to partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and Learning & Development teams to deliver integrated OCM, communication, and training solutions. Experience monitoring change adoption metrics, evaluating OCM project success, and guiding business process owners on long-term operationalization and benefit realization. Education and Certifications Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Organization Effectiveness, Organization Development, or a related field. Must demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional education and remaining current within the OCM profession. A Master’s degree in a related field is considered a strong asset.
