What is the position responsible for? The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting our team and delivering the highly personalized level of service our clients have come to expect. Key responsibilities include: Administer the client onboarding process, including gathering required information, preparing documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely processing. Manage and maintain client information and communicate with clients to obtain updates as required. Prepare professional correspondence, reports, documents, and client files with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Respond to requests for information in a professional and timely manner. Service clients' general day-to-day requests and ensure appropriate follow-up. Communicate and collaborate internally with various operational and administrative departments to facilitate client requests and resolve outstanding items. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; and Manage our Life Well Invested® Client Experience Program, including coordinating client recognition, important milestones, special occasions, gifts, events, and other personalized touchpoints designed to create memorable and meaningful client experiences. To qualify for this opportunity, you possess: The successful candidate will bring a strong combination of administrative expertise, professionalism, initiative, and commitment to exceptional client service. You will have: Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability and willingness to learn new applications and technology. Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to learn independently, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment. A proactive, self-motivated "can do" attitude with a genuine desire to take ownership of responsibilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with clients, colleagues, and business partners. Ability to work independently while also contributing positively within a collaborative team environment. Ability to exercise tact, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive client information. Professional, friendly, and service-oriented approach with a genuine interest in creating an exceptional client experience. Education and Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably within the investment, wealth management, banking, or broader financial services industry. Previous experience working directly with clients in a professional services environment is strongly preferred. Post-secondary education in business administration, finance, financial services, or a related discipline is preferred. Previous securities industry education, licensing, or training would be considered an asset. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training relevant to the position. Base salary: $45,000 - $55,000 annually, with the opportunity to earn additional performance-based bonuses and other incentives. Actual compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's skills, qualifications, relevant experience, internal equity, and the requirements of the position. This position also provides an opportunity to grow professionally within an established wealth management practice where initiative, contribution, and commitment to exceptional client service are recognized and valued.
